What happens after I send an enquiry?

A member of the delivery team reviews it — not a sales queue. Within one business day you get a reply with an initial view on fit, and a suggested next step: a call, a demo, or in some cases a straight answer that we are not the right people for it.

Can we see a simulator before committing?

Yes. We run live demos remotely, and can arrange a hands-on session with a full rig. For serious evaluations we also offer pilot installations at a single site before any multi-site commitment.

Do you work outside India?

We do. Our delivery team is based in Chennai and we have deployed to sites across South and South-East Asia and the Middle East. Remote-first delivery with on-site phases for discovery, pilot and rollout.

How do engagements usually start?

Most begin with a paid discovery phase: a short, clearly-defined study of your operation that gives you a written plan, a design and a costed timeline. It stands on its own — you’re free to take it elsewhere if you choose to.
