These terms
These terms govern your use of allbridgetech.com, operated by All Bridge Technologies (trading as AB Tech), a company based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
Separate written agreements govern any work we actually do for you. Where those conflict with these terms, the signed agreement wins — nothing on this page cuts down what we have committed to in a contract.
What this site is — and is not
This is a marketing and information site. Everything on it — service descriptions, capabilities, figures, case examples, timelines — is provided for general information about what we do.
Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a contractual commitment. Scope, price and timescales for any engagement come from a written proposal and agreement, not from these pages. Any performance figures or outcomes shown describe particular past engagements and are not a promise of similar results for you.
Enquiries and demo requests
When you submit an enquiry or request a demo, you are asking us to get in touch — you are not entering into a contract, and we are not obliged to accept the enquiry or provide the services.
You agree that the information you give us:
- is accurate, and yours to provide;
- does not include confidential information belonging to someone else, or anything you are under an obligation not to disclose;
- does not include sensitive personal data — please do not put financial details, identity documents or health information into these forms.
What we do with the details you submit is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You may browse the site, and share or print pages for your own business evaluation. You may not:
- use the site unlawfully, or in a way that damages it, disrupts it, or interferes with anyone else’s use of it;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system — including probing, scanning or testing its security without our written permission;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract content, or use automated means to collect data from the site, beyond ordinary search-engine indexing;
- introduce malware, or use the site to transmit unsolicited commercial communications;
- misuse the chat assistant — including attempting to extract its underlying instructions, or submitting content that is unlawful, abusive or infringing.
If you are a security researcher and believe you have found a vulnerability, we would rather hear from you than not: email support@allbridgetech.com and tell us before disclosing it publicly.
Intellectual property
The site and its contents — including text, design, layout, graphics, 3D models and animations, code, and the AB Tech and All Bridge Technologies names and logos — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law.
Nothing on this site transfers any right in them to you. You may not copy, adapt, republish or use our branding or content commercially without our written permission. Third-party names and marks that appear on the site belong to their respective owners and are used to describe systems we work with, not to imply any endorsement or partnership unless we say so explicitly.
Third-party links and services
The site links to and embeds services operated by others — including analytics and advertising tools and the chat assistant. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Following an external link is at your own risk, and that site’s own terms and privacy policy will apply to you there.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available and current, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is complete or up to date. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice. Parts of this site rely on WebGL and modern browser features; where your device or browser does not support them, some content may not display as intended.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and we exclude all implied warranties in relation to it.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, anticipated savings, goodwill or data, arising out of your use of — or inability to use — this site.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability for work we actually carry out for you is governed by the agreement covering that work, not by this page.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here, with the date at the top, is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the site, are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction, save that we may bring proceedings to protect our intellectual property in any jurisdiction where infringement occurs.
